End-user customers may return items damaged during shipment for exchange, within thirty days from date of purchase. Merchandise must be returned, at customer's expense, in its original packaging with all manuals, literature, parts, supplies and packing materials. Miracle Seat Company will refund the cost of pre-approved freight charges to customer, upon exchange of merchandise. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained from Miracle Seat Company before any merchandise may be returned. The RMA number must be clearly written on the package in order to be accepted by the Miracle Seat Company warehouse. Merchandise must be returned via the freight carrier and the shipping class specified by Miracle Seat Company, at the time the RMA is issued.
Notice Regarding Damaged Packages & Delivery Times:
Items received with major exterior damage to the packaging SHOULD NOT BE ACCEPTED. Please REFUSE delivery if it appears that the merchandise has been damaged and notify Miracle Seat Company as soon as possible so that arrangements for replacement may be made.
Most items are shipped via UPS Ground, the U.S. Postal Service or Federal Express Second Day Service. Most deliveries take from 2 to 5 days from the date the product is shipped.
