Product Returns and Exchanges
Returns will not be accepted without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, issued by Miracle Seat Company. Returns made under the manufacturer's warranty or 30-Day Money Back Guarantee must be properly packaged and shipped according to instructions provided by Miracle Seat Company, at the time the RMA is issued.
Products that have been damaged by the customer due to improper storage, handling, installation or use shall be repaired at cost, billed to the customer.
Returns made within 30 days from date of purchase must include the original packaging with all manuals, literature, parts, supplies and packing materials.
Customers must pre-pay freight on all returns. Freight charges for products covered under the manufacturer's warranty or for products damaged during shipment to the customer will be refunded to the customer. Shipments sent freight collect or without an RMA number or not according to instructions provided by Miracle Seat Company will be refused.
Merchandise returns by wholesalers, retailers, building contractors or other resellers of Miracle Seat products may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
